Hollie B
I’m a fully qualified Pilates instructor with a sport- and performance-led approach to movement.
As a competitive athlete myself, I know how important it is to build strength, control and resilience that carries beyond the studio. Pilates has been a key part of my own training — supporting performance, improving mobility and helping me stay strong through the demands of sport.
My classes are designed with purpose. Rather than generic movement for movement’s sake, I focus on the muscles, patterns and control that support the way your body performs — whether that’s in running, cycling, training, or everyday life.
I work with runners, athletes and active clients who want to move well, train smart and reduce the risk of injury. My coaching is clear, practical and supportive, with a strong emphasis on good technique, targeted strength and meaningful progression.
Classes are challenging, adaptable and built to help you feel stronger, more capable and more confident in your body — not just on the mat, but beyond it.
